Co-Founder & Chairman
Walter has created and led businesses in 13 countries on 3 continents and is a recognized thought leader in the areas of cloud systems, capacity planning, sales and change management. In addition to his role with CloudChomp, he is currently on the board of two global Sales Performance Management consulting firms, CloudCoaching International and Baker Communications, both of whom are engaged in developing and rolling out Amazon Web Services global selling methodology. Prior to his current roles, he founded and created successful exit events for two software companies. (1) Asset Optimization Group: an IT capacity planning software provider acquired by VMware. The product, called Capacity Planner, has run and collected performance data on millions of servers worldwide. (2) CertiSource: a cloud based transaction management provider with customers including EDS, HP and Arthur Andersen, acquired by VerticalNet. Walter has been interviewed on over 100 shows on CNN, CBS and ABC on the topics of Corporate Productivity, Sales and CRM.

DAVID PULASKI

David serves as CloudChomp, Inc.'s CEO and oversees global operations. He recently served as Founder & CEO of Presensoft, Inc. (acquired by Smarsh, Inc.). Presensoft created the first cloud based, message archiving service for regulatory compliance in the finance and energy markets.

Prior to Presensoft, Inc., David designed and led sales activities for BindView Development Corporation as Vice President of Worldwide Sales. He was instrumental in growing sales revenue from $1 million to more than $87 million annually. During his tenure, BindView successfully penetrated more than 75 percent of the Fortune 100 and was named one of the "Top 25 IPOs of 1998" by Red Herring magazine.

MIKE CLARK

Mike Clark has extensive experience as an early stage entrepreneur and angel investor. Mr. Clark is a co-founder of PentaSafe Security Technologies, Inc. (acquired by NetIQ 2002), Idera (acquired by TA Associates 2014) and PointSecure. He has held various positions, including Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Clark was named a finalist in the 1999 Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" awards program. Prior to co-founding PentaSafe, Mr. Clark was a sales executive with BindView Development Corporation, a Houston-based systems management software company.
